Angela is an excellent real estate agent. She gave me valuable advice which would have helped me significantly - she told me to buy a SFH which later was bought by another buyer and went to closing in a month, she told me the condo I intended to buy was overpriced and that came true (it came back with low appraisal, and is still not sold after four and half months). I wish I had listened to her advice.
